Emma K Bailey is an experienced Writer and Producer. Hitting the ground running in the industry, they started as a Runner for a Video Production Agency learning the ins and outs of advertising and corporate videos.

Quickly they moved into children’s comedy TV as a Writer-Researcher & Runner and over the past 3 years has grown into the role of Producer.

Emma has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience many roles in this field from Art Department to Production Coordination to Assistant Directing.

Recently they have dipped their toes in Episodic Directing and are keen to develop in this role.

Emma’s experience includes:

TV Concept creation and development
Writing and Directing for broadcast television
Floor management
Cast Support

Emma has also worked in short form content across drama short films and documentaries. Emma’s first short film as a writer, Still, screened at Light Up Film Festival in 2021 and Backyard Film Festival in 2022.

Emma loves working in comedy and drama, especially in stories where the two overlap. Emma is a passionate storyteller who always pours their heart into creating the best and most authentic story possible no matter their role.
